Open-Access Policy

The journal intends to make its published scholarly articles freely available online without subscription barriers.

The final policy must specify the licence under which articles are published, the rights retained by authors, and the permitted forms of reuse.

Published articles should be accessible through individual article pages with stable URLs and downloadable full text. The journal will state its digital preservation and repository policies once the relevant arrangements are in place.
